We at Hazara, Inc. greatly value your satisfaction and want you to be content with your carpet. The artisans who we support also share this vision: they enjoy knowing the carpet that they produce is high-quality and will last for many years to come. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however, feel free to return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Here are the steps for returning a carpet:

  1. Send us an email at info@hazaratraditions.com, including your item number, address, contact number, and the reason for the return.

  2. We will send you delivery instructions.

  3. Repackage the carpet and mail it. You are responsible for return shipping cost, apart from reasons related to damage or incorrect shipment.

Please note that customers are responsible for ensuring that the carpet arrives at Hazara Traditions’ offices in its original condition. Please obtain a receipt of postage and any appropriate insurance when returning the carpet. We cannot be held responsible for carpets lost or damaged in transit.
